How Did Novels Get So Popular

Women have been getting more books involving suspense, drama, and love novels have seem to gain popularity in the book market. Authors like Terry McMillan, Elan Harris, and others have brought novels into the popular main stream market. Peoples need for an emotional connection may be one reason folks have turned to novels to escape the everyday boring lifestyle that many of us lead. Women have a need to look for answers to some of their situation through novels.
